Things to know when contacting QLife

While we aim to respond to calls as quickly as possible, sometimes the service is in very high demand and we may not be able to get to everyone. We understand that it can be disappointing not to be connected to a peer, and encourage you to try us again a little later if this happens. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering as a QLife peer supporter, click here.

If you have any feedback, please speak with your peer, or complete the user feedback survey here. We appreciate that with all changes there may be things that don’t go quite right. We will work quickly to resolve any issues that are identified.
